How One Young Woman Lost Nearly 100 Lbs by Making Weight Loss Fun?

Weight loss has always been a problem for many people who especially those with slow metabolism. Kacey Lauchnor, 25, is a young woman who had a serious weight loss problem from Herriman, Utah. She went ahead and applied a simple method to lose over 100 pounds in a short period.
How Kacey Lauchnor it?
Having been brought up in a family with poor eating lifestyle where they rarely ate vegetables as all of them were addicted to meat products, she had a problem eating healthily. “We would even cover vegetables with cheese”, she remembers. She had difficulty abandoning her old family lifestyle in her life.
Even after going through high school and college, she had the same problems of eating. He recalls eating up to 2,000 calories. “I would eat more whenever I had stress”, she says. She did not know that consuming up to over 2,000 calories a day would have a huge effect on her health. During her wedding, she could notice some strange looks in her wedding dress because many thought that she was too fat. “I never minded the looks, as I was enjoying myself”, she says. Immediately after her wedding, she realized that she was 232 pounds. At this point, she knew that she had to do something if she was to improve her health. “I was surprised at my weight”, she recalls after honeymoon with her husband.
At this time, she was unable to notice the problem since her husband was also huge weighing 314 pounds. She actually thought she wasn’t fat despite having such weight. In addition, Kacey Lauchnor started experiencing some problems with her health. She could feel tired in the morning, lack of sexual appetite with the husband and many mood swings.
This was the time that she made a decision of doing something as opposed to just watching her weight increasing. “After watching and reading magazines, I wanted to do something that would transform my life with my husband”, she recalls. That was the time she started looking for a weight loss plan that would help her achieve her dreams.
How did she achieve her dreams?
She started by ensuring that she had a weight loss plan that would perfectly work for her. She knew that weight loss journey was not going to be an easy one. She had to transform her eating lifestyle by taking it slow. She would reduce the amount of food she was previously eating as a way of reducing the amount of calories consumed in a day.
She also found an exercise that she liked. She knew that her weight loss success will solely depend on the amount of effort that she was going to put on it. She had to work hard during the process. She would do my workouts thrice per week to keep her in good shape. She also reduce my calorie intake from 2,000 to 800 in a day. Now she is 137 lbs. from 232 lbs. Her husband also dropped about 85 pounds. She is recommending that people should start watching what they eat whenever they want to win the challenge of weight loss.
