My weight was of 68-71kg (150-156lb) for about three years. My height is of 1.65m (5ft 4) .
Right now I weight around 62kg (136lb)!

I’m so happy with this! The first picture was taken about 2 years ago, and that wasn’t even on my heaviest weight, i think i weighed around 74kg on that picture.. when I started my journey again July this year i weighed 80kg.. so I don’t think i would’ve even fit that pants then.. Anyways, I’m down to 65,4 kg at the moment, so I’ve lost almost 15 kg in 5 months

Eat less carbs and running, usually weekly 4 times, 5 kilometers

I lost 15 lbs in 6 months which may not seem like a lot but I’ve toned up quite a bit and I’m very happy with where I am! I drastically changed my diet and now work out 5-6 days a week.

Hi, my name is Michelle and I have been working on my weight loss for years it seems.

More notably I really dedicated myself to my weight loss in 2013!

It has been 2 years and 8 months and I have lost 218lbs.

I started off in the 500lbs and I am now in the 300lbs.

This year has been an unintentional maintaining year, but I can say I’ve never given up
